These Terms govern your use of the Tixor platform and all ticket purchases made through our service.
By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Tixor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. 2. Pricing and Fees
Tixor acts as a marketplace connecting ticket buyers with verified sellers.
All ticket listings are created by independent sellers who have agreed to our seller terms.
Prices are set by individual sellers and may differ from the original face value.
Tixor charges a service fee on each transaction.
3. 3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless covered by our TixorProtect guarantee program.
Buyers must provide accurate personal and shipping information.
Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Tickets will be delivered electronically or physically as specified in the listing.
4. 4. Delivery
Refunds are available under our TixorProtect program when tickets are not delivered or proven invalid.
If an event is cancelled, buyers will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
For postponed events, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support portal.
To request a refund, open the relevant order in your account and submit a refund request with a reason. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled kickoff date.
5. 5. Account Responsibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on Tixor.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any fraudulent activity may result in account termination.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.
6. 6. Limitation of Liability
Tixor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
